The Wonderful World of Paris

Don’t be a tourist, be an explorer. Sure, you can visit the Louvre and the Sacre Coeur, stroll along the Champs Elysees, and I recommend that you do – these are once in a lifetime opportunities. But Paris is filled with so much culture – it breathes a lifestyle filled with experience – that you HAVE to take it and, like the great artists of its time, sculpt it into an experience all your own.

Visit the historic Montmartre in the 18e arrondissement. It houses more than its sacred heart – here you’ll find hidden gardens and nestled cobblestone coves just waiting to be found by people brave enough to look for them.

Every street in Paris is filled with a certain history – whether it’s the architecture, or the food, or an unknown love you’ve overlooked – the city is seeped in a past, waiting to be remembered. So while it’s great to be a tourist, to uncover those brilliant Instagram photos that are sure to be adorned with triple-digit likes, it’s also great to actually live in the city.

It’s great to make memories that can only be posted in your mind’s timeline. It’s great to look back a few years from now and remember that time you made an impulsive left, and happened upon that building with that scribbled writing you still can’t understand. That time when you knew, despite incomprehension, its ode to love – to someone somewhere, to the city, to maybe even you.

Love the life you live, and live the life you love. Without a filter.
